Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • In-stock items: ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Pre-orders: ship according to the estimated delivery window shown at checkout. We’ll send regular email updates as your preorder gets closer to shipping.

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $45 (after discounts and before tax).

  • Orders under $45 will see live carrier-calculated rates at checkout.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses at this time.


Transit Times

Typical delivery times after shipment are:

  • Standard: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or weather. Shot Drop is not responsible for shipping delays once an order is in transit.


Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, your building office, or local postal office.

  2. Allow 1–2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages early.
    If the package still cannot be found, contact us at info@getshotdrop.com.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order products will ship once inventory arrives at our fulfillment center.

  • Estimated ship dates are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

  • Payment is collected at the time of order to reserve your unit.

  • You can cancel your preorder anytime before it ships for a full refund.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@getshotdrop.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that show as “Delivered” but are lost or stolen after delivery. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll help provide tracking or documentation as needed.


International Shipping

We don’t offer international shipping yet, but we’re working on it. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates when new regions open.
