Product Disclaimer – Shot Drop

Use of any product purchased from Shot Drop, Inc., including but not limited to the Shot Drop device and any future accessories or bundled products (collectively, the “Products”), is at your own risk. Shot Drop, Inc. (“Company”) is not responsible for any damages, injury, bodily harm, illegal activity, or loss of life sustained before, during, or after use of the Products.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages under any theory of liability arising in any way out of the use or misuse of the Products.

The Products are designed solely as drink accessories for entertainment purposes and should only be used with standard glassware and common sense. The Products should not be used by individuals under the legal drinking age (“Minors”) to consume alcoholic beverages. The Products should also not be used to consume alcohol during pregnancy, by individuals with certain medical conditions, those taking medications that interact with alcohol, or anyone with a history of alcohol misuse.

If the Products are used in connection with the consumption of alcoholic beverages by legal adults, the Company encourages responsible alcohol consumption and asks that you make informed decisions when consuming or purchasing alcoholic beverages. The Products are not intended for binge drinking or for the consumption of large or excessive quantities of alcohol or other beverages.

Shot Drop contains small parts and components that may present a choking hazard if misused. Keep away from children. Do not throw, slam, or use on cracked or damaged glassware.
