Return Policy

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@getshotdrop.com with your order number and photos of the problem. We will evaluate your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Preorder items that arrive without damage or defect

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered at this time. If your order is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement.


Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
